Abstract

Professor Jean-Claude Schmitt, an authority in historical anthropology of the European Christian medieval world, whose analysis focuses on the subaltern classes, using the world of images, visited the University of Granada. In his interview he spoke among other things about the Saint Lebrel, rhythms in the Middle Ages or medieval religion. The anthropology of images has been the last territory explored by Professor Schmitt.
