Las  construcciones de gerundivo y de gerundio con objeto en latín: condiciones para su alternancia

Resumen

El presente trabajo analiza las condiciones que favorecen la alternancia sintáctica entre las construcciones de gerundivo y de gerundio con objeto directo del latín. A partir de un corpus de estudio que comprende autores entre los siglos II a.C. - IV d.C., se atenderá a la variación diacrónica de sus frecuencias de empleo y a la especialización de cada construcción en determinados contextos. El apartado final del trabajo establece una discusión sobre la evolución de la frecuencia del gerundio con objeto.
