Abstract

From 1985 (when the Spanish Historical Heritage Law was established), a narrow link between the Cultural Heritage protection and the instruments of Town Planning it has been developed. The new andalusian law (Andalusian Historical Heritage Law 2007) has penetrated into this matter, incorporating new challenges as the “visual pollution”. The article analyzes the principal urban contents of the Andalusian Law.
