This article is a review of legal texts which regulate the protection of minors, analyzed from international, European and Spanish perspectives. The protection of infancy is a social issue that has begun to be regulated over the last 50 years, for which reason, it is continuously evolving. The welfare of infancy is a constant in current public policies, which attempt to put in place mechanisms necessary for real protection.Downloads
