Abstract

In this article we analyze the extent to which the social system of relationships influences the process of building the resilience of the immigrants. Own adversities of any migration process are a source of risk in building resilient attitudes, hence the need to deepen the personal, family and social factors that make it possible for these people to leave strengthened in a number of negative experiences surrounding their immigrant status. To do this, we wanted to recover some evidence that in addition to showing different ways of dealing with adversity are a clear example of the importance of support networks in building resilience.
