Abstract

In the development of modern society, various social, political and cultural factors create conflict in the learning processes of young people in educational institutions, in particular, in the process of Higher Education. Current generations of college students have great difficulty in responding positively to the challenges, as a result of stress, anxiety, lack of competitiveness and social cooperation. Taking into account that we are focusing on future professionals in education and medicine, we consider a key question to take this call given to us, to take advantage of the skills and abilities of our students to implement practical content and implement innovation processes that affect the acquisition of skills for socio-professional teamwork, empowerment of synergies and the positive resolution of conflicts. Everything, incorporating technological-digital language in a creative way, so that it supports not only students, but also the process of teaching and learning, and with them promote innovative strategies to change the way we understand the knowledge and personal and interpersonal performance, taking into account the context of professional advocacy, and strengthen the comprehensive and sustainable human development in the current educational reality in order to achieve the maximum development of personal and social talent.
