DEDiCA Strengthens Its Commitment to the Diamond Open Access Route
Annual publication, free access, and no costs for authors or readers
DEDiCA. JOURNAL OF EDUCATION AND HUMANITIES reinforces its commitment to the Diamond Open Access Route, ensuring that both the publication and access to its content remain entirely free of charge.
Since its inception, the journal has upheld an open-access policy that allows the consultation, download, copying, distribution, and printing of all articles without restrictions, fully aligned with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Furthermore, in its editorial model, authors do not pay any fees for submission, review, or publication of their work, ensuring the dissemination of knowledge without financial barriers.
Regarding its publication frequency, DEDiCA maintains an annual periodicity, following a brief semi-annual period between issues 11 and 16. From issue 17 onwards, the journal has adopted a continuous publication system, enabling the immediate dissemination of research in the fields of Education, Humanities, and Arts.
By adhering to the Diamond Open Access principles, DEDiCA positions itself as an inclusive academic space committed to scientific quality, allowing researchers and educators to publish and access knowledge freely, without economic limitations. The academic community is invited to submit original research contributions, supporting the development of an open, equitable, and high-quality publishing ecosystem.
