Abstract

This article analyses the problems that appear in the peruan mine by the differences between the juridical and institutional legislations at the end of colonial period. The political innovation of the Grown intends to do, doesn’t reach all the objects. The andean geographic and socioeconomic aspects obstructed the full adaptation of the New Spain reform at the peruan viceroyalty. Jorge Escobedols, Gil y Lemos viceroyls and the Cádiz Courtis actions were insuficent and they didnOt salve a lot of questions that blocked the expansion of the minig guild.
