Abstract

We investigate the contributions made by Spanish researchers to the History of Hispano-American art in the 20th century, with special reference to painting, sculpture and the practica! arts. Such authors as Diego Angulo lñíguez, Enrique Marco Dorta, Antonio Bonet Correa, Santiago Sebastián and more recently Concepción García Sáiz and Cristina Esteras Martín have contributed greatly to the continuing interest in Latin American art in Studies of the History of Art in Spain.
