Abstract

Pablo Loyzaga was unquestionably a significantly original artist, despite his Bohemian lifestyle and his lack of application. He was trained in the most traditional school of sculpture in Granada, yet his many-faceted gifts led him to experiment in other areas of art. He was a member of the «Artistic Centre» and mixed with the elite of his time. The present brief study aims to bring his life and work to the attention of the public, and may form the basis of a deeper study.
