Abstract

Numerous studies and analysis of the term 'landscape' have been written since it ceased to be merely a pictorial concept, and took on a temporal and spatial meaning which has led to its being used to designate a
territory. lt is certainly one of the elements in which the influence of man in a medium which he has always tried to domínate, is most clearly to be seen, and has even been considered a differentiating feature of the human societies to which it belongs, as a result of historical development.
