Abstract

The review of the opinions spilt in mass media on Guillermo Perez Villalta’s public project in Granada El instante preciso (2002), allows to open different ways of artistic investigation. One of them passes along the keys that link the comprehension of the creative manifestations as expression of a moral certain character. In parallel it is interrogated on the aptitude of the artistic contemporary expressions to be evaluated for yes same and not depending on other concepts that him are not intrinsic: his price in the mercantile exchange, his character of political and / or ideological emblem, or his capacity for the transgression of the public morality.
