Abstract

This paper presents an unknown painting by Miguel Jerónimo de Cieza, one of the most prominent painters in Granada during the first half of the seventeenth century; an stylistic and iconographic study is tackled. The painting is located in the Royal Monastery of Santa Clara in Úbeda and proves the arrivals of artworks from Granada to Alto Guadalquivir during the Baroque period.
