Abstract

Personal and professional records are very important documents for any biographical study which aims to relate the administrative work of any civil servant to his or her life. When the records in question are those of personnel dealing with building matters, these records come to form part of the architectural archives which are held at the Central or Personnel Division of each of the centres of the Administration. We discuss here the case of Mauricio Jalvo Millán.
