Abstract

The peronism started when the political participation was reserved only for men. It included those absent groups of the political scenario; it managed to change women’s situation by the approval of the Feminine Suffrage Law and the creation of the Feminine Peronist Party, which incorporated them massively in politics, for the very first time. This incursion can not be analyzed without making any reference to the role of Eva Duarte de Perón, not like the first lady but as a political leader who built an unthinkable power for a woman, in the forties.
