Abstract

In the scene of the social change introduced by the planning of development in the Spain of the sixty, we will reflect around a series of dichotomies that, although are excessively simplifying of slow processes and complex, they will help us to deepen in the transformation of status of the woman. Considering the continuous interaction to which they are subject traditional and modern, we will comment the transitions from a certain governing pretechnological irrationalism of the daily life towards the imposition of the rationality and the secularization, facing the break with the “falangista” style that will open doors for a new definition of the feminine thing. In second term, we will raise the passage of family preeminence like institution strongly hierarchized and the arrival of a speech that praise the individuality and the fairness in the familiar relations. Finally, we will face the life forms of the underdeveloped attacked frontally by wished the new styles of life that will serve as drop curtain of bottom to close and to summarize the enunciated aspects previously. In short, the exposition of these questions, shows a doubtless interest not only to understand old and the new problems that must resolve the women in these years, but also to study the processes of change in general, towards the construction of a new public, deprived and domestic scene overturned and to in the construction of the democracy.
