Abstract

The analysis of several concrete cases, allows the knowledge of the awareness, the resistance
and the denonce of male aggressions on the part of some women. In contrast to the dependance
from men, so many times reaffirmed by the medieval law, we see real women facing their male
aggressors —rapists or husbands— and taking them to court, and doing it on themselves,
without intermediaries or representatives, showing that they do not admit willingly the men's
domination and trying to move forward in a path that has not found its end yet.
