Abstract

The feminist "successful failure" has been shown by the limited acceptance of the concept of gender by the androcentric dominant social theory. This has not been inconsistent with the contradictions of the own feminist discourse, trapped in the dichotomy between theories of equality and theories of difference. The reflection about the pertinence of the concept of "feminine culture" permits to clarify that debate, often confused by the contraposition "nature/culture"; and to call the attention about the trascendence of the feminist contributions to social relationship analysis.
