Abstract

In this paper it's analysed the international migration to take into account the system of creation of gender inequalities in global context. The author uses the Dominican immigration originated in the decade eighty in Spain for to analyse, in first place, the absence of the gender perspective in the theoretical models that explain the migrations and, in second place, to suggest the analytical central ideas necessary.
