Abstract

Study about the different kind of solutions used by the technical Greek medicine to heal women's illness. One of the most important values of the Greek society was procreation and, for this reason, the Hippocratic Corpus offers all kinds of prescriptions to problems related with breeding. The medicines used are always natural, both vegetal or animal and healing methods are based on the balance between the different corporal humours.
