Abstract

Following the new economics planning precepts, franquisme in the sixties and seventies went deeply into a social organization that was thought and built on roles and spheres division, claiming women submission and sustitution. Women, like new social actors, will cover different facets in both productive and reproductive fields. So women faced to progressive incorporation in the labour market, maintining exclusive responsability areas in the private sphere below globalization, synchronization, and spatial and temporal ubiquity conditions, not recognized in the public act, building a peculiar time experience where work and leisure are confused in favour of the first one.
