Abstract

This paper studies several aspects of María Campo Alange's personality, a self-educated writer, who lived the changes in the women's situation in Spain and in the world all over the 20th century, writing her reflexions on them in many books. So, article's author, member of the Seminar of the Sociological Studies on Women, that María Campo Alange founded, offers here her personal testimony about a woman that she really knew, jointly collaborating with her during decades.
