Abstract

This article wants to underline the process of racialized representations that describes the other cultures and the immigrant population in Spanish press. This point of view analyze the visual discourses that have been transmited daily through the mass-media photographies and comic drawings. Describes the process of production and distribution of this cultural artefacts, to analyze how we receive this information and in what way they can affect in the development of symbolic imaginaries with a negative character over the other cultures in multiculturalist societies.
