Clio in the crossroads? Women's History (1990-2000)

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to go over the tension lines that have crossed the Women's History in the last decade of the XXth century. To this respect, a reflection on the trace that feminisms have left appears, the readjustments produced as consequence of the irruption of diverse "national traditions" and the "linguistic draft", at the moment of moving towards the construction of historical or social discursive forms. These pages are also an invitation to discuss sorne institutional aspects that have been eluded during too much time by the academic feminism in our country, as the introduction, in the frame of the close university European convergence, of degrees on Gender Studies and the need to increase the offer of subjects on Women's History in the syllabus.
