Abstract

After a century of hard regulation about prostitution in Spain, at the begining of twentieth century is become necesary to adopt a new politic to make desappear reglamentation. The abolition´s campaing development by Josephine Butler in England in the second of ninethieth century and its influence in another countries; the growth of feminist´s movement, and the slots and a lot of criticins to come about to the hard control¨s prostitution, will bring the approve, in the II Republic, of the law of 28 of june of 1935 to eliminate the reglamentary system in our country. With this law, the prostitution is coming to be considered like a no legal job. The law was complex, last a short period and a little consequences, but this reality don`t be occult, II Republic made a great efforts in the prostitution sector.
