Instructions for Book Symposiums
1. Submission of the Proposal
Editors interested in organizing a symposium on a book must submit a brief proposal through the journal's website, in the book review section (attaching the form for book symposiums). The proposal should include:
-
Reference to the book under discussion.
-
Potential commentators (ensuring diversity in terms of junior/senior scholars, gender, and national/international representation).

-
Accepted, in which case symposium planning will commence (deadline for submissions, number of papers, etc.).
-
Rejected.
3. Symposium Structure
Symposiums will follow this structure:
-
Book Presentation: The book's author will write a text of between 2,000 and 3,000 words summarizing the main ideas and arguments of the work.
-
Comments: A group of commentators (preferably between 3 and 5, avoiding more than 6 to prevent overloading the symposium) will each write a critical commentary (the lenght will be determined by the symposium editor).
-
Author's Response: The author of the book will have the opportunity to reply to the comments in a final text.
4. Submission and Review of Comments
Each commentator must upload their contribution to the journal's website. These texts will undergo review by the symposium editors.
