Abstract

The formation, as is used it nowadays, it mainly talks about to activities or practices whose objective rarely is precise and always the insufficiently studied result. The  formation concerns the future of the man. Therefore, and to clarify the meaning of the formation, we will start off to consider to the man like a developing being, in evolution and constant transformation.

Of equal way formation it is the experience like reflection capacity on the same history of the subject. Thus, the formation appears less like a defined object and more like the experience promoted in the act through precise facts. In each one of the positions described in the test, we observed that the formation acquires the statute of concept through as looks for to give account of problems, focused of very diverse way, in its specific intellectual traditions, and that the education, pedagogía, the Didactics, the formation, the school, sciences, the arts and the disciplines talk about. These particularitities, between many others and particular problems, indicate how the formation and education to title a professor turn between knowledge and experience. From which the practices of formation of university professors become a space forced for the discussion, analysis and confrontation of the problems that the academic and professional culture in the University faces today. This way, the formation can let be reduced to the instrumentalización of techniques and metodologismos of education to get to be the place of the experience and the construction of disciplines, knowledges and sciences.
