Abstract

Studies the presence of al-Andalus in three poets: the Palestinian Ibrahim Tuqan, the Egyptian 'Ali Mahmud Taha, and the Syrian 'Umar Abu Roša through the image of three Andalusian women linking past and present: a flamenco dancer (Tuqan); a woman Taha met at the Lake Lugano; and a woman Abu Roša talked to during a flight to a South American country.
