Abstract

The European rural world is steeped in a deep changing process in which, along its traditional and necessary agrarian function, emerge new ones linked with the use of natural and cultural resources. The natural heritage becomes a hallmark and a development factor in these multifunctional spaces. The developmental politics designed until now suffer from a strong sectorial nature, needing to have a territorial and global nature.
