“Diccionario de la lengua rusa viva de “VI Dahl” desde el punto de vista del valor artístico

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of lexicographical study of the text as a work of art as an example “Explanatory Dictionary of the Russian Language” by V. I. Dal. The author of the study refers to the category of artistic interpretation, analyzing the correctness of this approach, and defines the criteria which allow to assign the dictionary to the object of literary criticism. Because of many aspects of the phenomenon and the artistry the full textual analysis of the problem is not posed in this article. E.A. Mukhina offers solutions to controversial issues, proving artistry of the dictionary as an aesthetic phenomenon in the Russian and world culture, and indicates tasks of future research of lexicographical work of V. I. Dal as a literary methods of science.
