Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of obscure symbolism in Bunin’s poetics, its sources and specific character of display. The structure of the author’s style is considered in the aspect of Bunin’s attitude to the poetics of symbolism. The author’s nature of obscure symbolism is analyzed in the context of “the third truth” phenomenon as the source of existential problems, the article also deals with the individuality of the author’s value consciousness and its influence on the esthetic structure; the article depicts prophetical apocalyptical and the author’s nature of impressionism is characterized.
