Abstract

The principal target of this investigation is the descriptive - compared study of the sworn translation of academic documents in the russian-spanish linguistic combination, between the Russian Federation and Spain. With our investigation we claim, due to the scarce studies existence previous translation that turn on this matter, to go deep into the ambience of the sworn translation of the academic documents in the above mentioned linguistic combination. First, we center in a descriptive approach of the investigation, and second, we realize a previous analysis before to the translation and verify its utility at the time of establishing different ornaments that not only will give linguistic, but also functional information from point of view of the translation process: macro and microstructure adapted in the translation.
