Abstract

In the present paper we discuss for the first time an interesting piece of work by Diego Siloée: The desing of the Santiago church in Guadix, for which the artist from Burgos designed the general layout of the building and way it should be built. l t is of clearly Mudejar style, but, as was characteristic in him, Siloée managed to introduce sorne structural elements and modifications which make it an original work for its time.
