This journal provides immediate free access to its content under the principle of making research freely available to the public and fostering greater global knowledge exchange.

Trabajo Social Global - Global Social Work thus participates in initiatives in favour of open access to scientific information promoted by the Budapest Declaration (Budapest Open Access Initiative, 2002) and the Berlin Declaration (Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities , 2003), as well as by the Spanish Science Law that has recently reflected the international trend of adhering to the open access paradigm, defined in international declarations such as "free access through the Internet to scientific literature, respecting existing copyright laws.

Since its inception in 2010, Trabajo Social Global - Global Social Work assumed this social commitment regarding the universal dissemination of knowledge.

Trabajo Social Global_Global Social Work does not charge an APC (Article Processing Charge) to authors, nor submission fee.
