Abstract

In this article, we first try to set out an historic development through the main laws and rules of Educative System, since 1970, with Ley General de Educación (LGE), Ley Orgánica General del Sistema Educativo (LOGSE, 1990), Ley Orgánica de la Calidad de la Educación (LOCE, 2002) and Ley Orgánica de Educación (LOE, 2006). It analyse, from a reflexive and critical point of view, the positive and negative changes that have been incorporated in the Nursery Education, respect to didactic, curricular and organizational planning, of this period, the same that have determined the formative progress for children, in the first ages. Secondly, it is described the participation between familyand school, shown by legal proposals, before described, as well as the techniques and tools more relevant to improve a collaborative culture between teachers and parents.
