Abstract

The treaty published and translated here is the first sample of a series of works writen in Arabic by the Andalusian Jews. It opens the Golden Age of Andalusian Hebrew Grammar. Hayyuj´ method changed the Hebrew language conception in medieval times. This treaty contains the seed of this theory and overall it is an important transition grammatical work.
