Abstract

The DH, the collection of books which comprise Joshhua, Judges, Samuel and Kings, after M. Noth’s hypothesis, surprise us because of the overwhelming presence of women leading the stories. Named and unnamed, mothers, wives, concubines, queens, prostitutes… all of them walk along these rewrited stories wrote betwen settlement and the exile to Babylon. The paper tries to unify all these figures in some models that allows us to expose and explain the importance of all them in the teological and literary aim of the collection.
