Abstract
Spanish Arabist Miguel Asín Palacios (1871-1944) interacted with the Spanish conservative thought in the late XIX century making use of the national discourse of Menéndez Pelayo and certain ideas of Neoscholastic philosophy, combining them through a new approach to Spanish conservative thought from the perspective of Arabism.
