Davydd Greenwood, antropólogo Godwin Smith Professor emérito de la Universidad norteamericana de Cornell, y antiguo director de Institute for European Studies de esta universidad, es especialista en cultura española, y en articular la sociedad industrial vasca -es conocido su estudio sobre la cooperativa Mondragón- con la agraria. En este artículo realiza un recorrido vital en este artículo sobre su compromiso ético democrático a través de la antropología, y epistémico a partir de su apuesta por la antropología-acción, de la que es uno de sus mayores representantes.
