Abstract

The decade of the 90 brings about important world wide and local changes with itself. In Argentina, the foreign inversion and the development ef politics which have intention of reconvertthe production have produced varied effects us a result. The production of wine has achieved this aim in the oasis cuyanos, placed to the West of Argentina, especially in Mendoza. The transformation is seen in the mass production. They are identified by a functional and sectorial methodology which shows that there are great differences. The production of wine has obtained the reconvertion, but other activities are excluded. They can't be competitive. The system of relation must change. The complex agriculture-industry must be creatived. The big enterprise has to participate with the small and mediun enterprise. This is one of the alternative to be integrated to the worldwide trade.
