Abstract

Every day it is more urgent that the so-called auxiliary sciences of Criminal Law take a greater role and integrate themselves as independent and interdisciplinary sciences within the Encyclopedia of Criminal Sciences, since at present we should consider them as a synthesis of other necessary sciences so that the Criminal Law evolves normatively and fulfills its preventive and punitive function. For this reason, the need to consider Criminology as a multidisciplinary science that seeks to prevent crime and Criminalistics as the set of forensic sciences that help to clarify the events that occurred and the indictment of offenders, when the preventive function of Criminology It has not worked properly, also situating this (Criminalistics) as another independent science, although in close relationship with Criminology it already clearly endorses it as such.
