Abstract

The number of Military Laws existing along the 18th century let us state that Military justice was separated from ordinary one. There were a lot of Military Privileges, both fiscal and personal, which made important differences among the militars themselves. Military laws acted in the Ancien Regime society as a determining factor to diferenciate militars and nobles.
