Abstract

Cession, granting a favor, of land allocations to the Duke of Cleves and lawsuit brought by the Catholic Church to the Real Chancillería (lawcourts) on behalf of the Alquerías de la Vega over the cession of the cemeteries. These assests had been Church’s property since 1501 after having been donated by the Catholic Monarchs. Prior to that time, they had belonged to the Mosques.
