Information For Reviewers

Firstly, the editorial team checks that the text submitted for evaluation complies with the formal (editing and style standards) and thematic requirements of the journal before proceeding to external review. It also submits the manuscript to an anti-plagiarism application.

Once the manuscript has passed the internal evaluation, it is submitted to an external evaluation process under the double-blind modality, guaranteeing the anonymity of authors and reviewers. We recommend that reviewers read the editorial policy of the journal in order to know in detail its spirit, approach and aims. In addition, it is important to register with the journal in order to participate in the editorial process. If they have registered, they can simply log in and begin their work. The evaluation work will be certified by the editorial team.

The manuscript will be sent to a minimum of two reviewers who are specialists in the field. The reviewers will consider aspects such as originality, scientific relevance, clarity of writing, methodological rigour and the suitability of the title and abstract to the content of the article. The reviewers will send the evaluation form through the journal's OJS platform.

In the event of a positive and a negative evaluation, the manuscript will be submitted for a third evaluation. If both evaluations are negative, the manuscript will be rejected.

When the evaluations are positive, the manuscript will be accepted. In the event that the manuscript is recommended for publication with changes, the authors will have 1 month to make corrections and submit the final version, indicating the changes made.
