Abstract

This article studies the changes that Globalization and regional integration have produced in State sovereignty and in the constitutions, especially in Europe. The notion of “multilevel constitution” aims to comprehend those changes and can provide a solution for the discrepancies between the European, national and regional norms in the EU.
