This text treats the concept of justice, the conceptions of justice and the difficulties presented by the judgments of justice. In addition, it shows some justice conceptions, especially Kant, Kelsen, Ross, Bobbio, Rawls, Habermas, Dworkin, Finnis and Sen, in order to make this paper useful for law students at the moment they should deal with the purposes of law, among these, the justice.
