The Fundamental Right to Live Without Violence Against Women

Theorizing on gender, developed by the feminist ideological discourse, has helped to explain violence against women by the fact to be women in all its forms —sexual harassment and gender – based harassment; domestic violence, sexual offenses ... — and determined the appearance of a specific legal treatment aimed at preventing and combating violence against women, as embodied in international instruments and national regulations that are analyzed in this study. We will focu sour attention at there cent Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, as it provides a number of concepts of interest-violence against women, domestic violence and gender- based violence. All these regulation sallows build in gan authentic fundamental right to live with out violence, wich will be analyzed on its subjective and objective dimension.
