EL CÍRCULO HERMENÉUTICO DE LA EXPLICACIÓN Y LA COMPRENSIÓN: IMPLICACIONES JURÍDICAS

Abstract

The present study, focused on the analysis of the hermeneutical circle of texts according to Paul Ricoeur.s philosophy, has as its final goal to make explicit the double task entailed in all hermeneutic philosophy which tries to overcome definitively the psychological and existencial presupositions into which the old traditional hermeneutics falls. This double hermeneutical task, in our case in the legal sphere, allows us to defend here a textual conception of law.
