Method: This article presents a qualitative study that investigates, through an open questionnaire, how web pages are managed by 24 ICT coordinators who work in Cantabrian Secondary Education centres (public and private and located in urban, semi-urban and rural areas).
Results: The results show the main trends that are currently followed when updating the website, who collaborates in this task, the responsibility of the ICT coordinator and the challenges faced by the centres in web management
Conclusions: The web pages are a fundamental element of interaction and communication in the current reality of the centres, so it is essential to identify the elements that are the object of improvement to facilitate the task for those in charge of them.
