Abstract

Well-being, lifestyle, and interpersonal relations play a very important role in the student's development, giving him the ability to intervene and help each other. The objectives of this study are: a) to characterize and compare the well-being and the lifestyle of students in the 7th grade at the beginning and at the end of the first period; b) associate the well-being and lifestyle with the interpersonal rejection, manifested by the classmates, in Physical Education classes; and c) compare the interpersonal relations, at the beginning and at the end of the first period. 94 students from 12 to 15 years old participated, from four classes, from a school of Coimbra-Portugal. Data were collected through the application of a questionnaire. Considering the obtained results, it is suggested the implementation of an intervention program, with specific characteristics, which may cause improvements in students' interpersonal relations.
